If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.
30-Day Return Window
We provide a 30-day window for returns on standard-sized carpets and flooring products purchased through comfortfloorcarpets.com.
Refund Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be uninstalled, uncut, and in its original protective roll packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number) is mandatory.
Non-Refundable Specifics
The following items are excluded from our refund policy:
- Carpets that have been professionally installed, glued, or cut by the customer.
- Custom-cut orders (bespoke dimensions tailored to your specific room).
- Adhesives, underlays, or cleaning kits that have been opened.
- Items purchased during “Liquidation” or “Warehouse Clearance” sales.
How to Request a Refund
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
1. Notification: Email our support desk at carpets@comfortfloorcarpets.com or use our contact form.
2. Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number and the specific warehouse address within 1-2 business days.
3. Logistics: Securely wrap the carpet in its original plastic. As carpets are bulky, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
4. Verification: Once received at our Gillette facility, we will inspect the roll for any damage or use.
Manufacturing Defects & Transit Damage
In the rare event of receiving a faulty product:
- Contact us within 7 days of arrival.
- Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage to the packaging.
- We will arrange a professional courier collection at our expense and offer a full refund or exchange.

Restocking Fees & Partial Refunds
A partial refund or restocking fee may apply if:
- The carpet is returned without the original heavy-duty protective wrap.
- The item is returned past the 30-day eligibility period.
- There are visible signs of dust, pet hair, or moisture from improper storage.
Cancellations & Exchanges
Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours. After this time, if the carpet has already been cut from the master roll, a cutting fee may be deducted.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for flooring. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired style or color.
