CarNova Accessories LLC – Standard Business Terms

1. Scope of Service

By accessing comfortfloorcarpets.com and purchasing our flooring products, you enter into a legally binding agreement with CarNova Accessories LLC. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, or customers.

2. Accuracy of Measurements & Ordering

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all measurements (length, width, and area) are correct before placing an order. CarNova Accessories LLC cannot be held liable for shortages or excess material resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the buyer.

Batch Variation: Please be aware that carpet colors can vary slightly between different dye batches. We recommend ordering all required material for a single project at the same time to ensure color consistency.

3. Pricing & Taxes

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product. All transactions are processed in USD. For international customers, currency conversion rates are determined by your bank or credit card issuer.

4. Heavy Goods Delivery

  • Access: Due to the weight and size of carpet rolls, deliveries are generally “kerbside” only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate labor is available to move the goods into the property.
  • Delivery Timeline: We aim to meet all estimated delivery dates; however, we are not liable for any consequential losses (such as fitter fees) caused by delivery delays beyond our control.

5. Installation Disclaimer

CarNova Accessories LLC provides high-quality flooring materials only. We do not provide installation services. We shall not be held responsible for any damage caused during the installation process by third-party fitters or DIY attempts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the goods purchased. We do not accept liability for indirect losses, loss of profits, or damage to property during the delivery or handling of heavy flooring rolls.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Reproduction of our site content, including technical specifications and high-resolution texture images, is prohibited without express written consent from the Board of Directors.

8. Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. If in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice.
