Freight & Delivery Policy

CarNova Accessories LLC specializes in the delivery of high-quality, bulky flooring materials. Because carpets are oversized and heavy items, our shipping procedures differ from standard parcel deliveries to ensure your product arrives in pristine condition.

1. Delivery Methods & Costs

Bulk Discount: Orders exceeding $500 are eligible for Free Heavy Freight Delivery within Mainland USA.

2. The “Kerbside” Delivery Standard

Important: Due to health and safety regulations and insurance liabilities, our drivers are only authorized to deliver to the “Kerbside.” This means the driver will offload the carpet at the nearest accessible point to your property. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the goods inside.

3. Dispatch & Tracking

• Processing: As many carpets require custom cutting from master rolls, please allow 2-3 business days for order preparation.
• Booking: For large orders, the courier will call you to book a specific delivery day.
• Tracking: A freight tracking link will be provided via email once the order leaves our Gillette hub.

4. Delivery Access Restrictions

Our delivery vehicles can be as large as a 17.5-tonne lorry. If your property has access restrictions (e.g., narrow lanes, low bridges, or height-restricted gates), you must notify us at the time of order. Failure to do so may result in a re-delivery fee if the vehicle cannot reach your address.

5. Damage During Transit

Please inspect the outer protective wrapping before signing for the delivery. If the packaging is torn or the carpet is visibly damaged:

• Mark the delivery note as “DAMAGED” upon signing.
• Take high-resolution photos of the damage.
• Contact carpets@comfortfloorcarpets.com within 48 hours.
